Heo, SeEun/ Director
- Ms. Heo is an attorney and Dominant’s compliance officer. She worked at Korea
Electric Power Corporation, Korea Consumer Agency, and Korea Exchange as a legal
counsel. She is also an arbitrator committee member of Central, Southern, and Western
District Courts. Ms. Heo holds a Communication Information B.A. degree from Seoul
National University.

Han, SeiJin / Director
- Mr. Han joined Dominant in 2016. Previously, he worked at L.E.K Consulting
for 3 years in M&A related projects and has in-depth knowledge and experience in
corporate finance. Prior to that, he worked for about a year and a half at Daishin
Securities as a market analyst Mr. Han graduated from Yonsei University, Business
Administration (B.A.).

Jeon, YongHo/ Senior Associate
- Mr. Jeon is an asset management professional and is the deputy manager in charge of
the real estate finance AM division. He is a graduate of Sogang University with
a B.A. in Economics.
